Overview
Yarmouth Country Cabins is a 100 year old family run property on Cape Cod that offers retro charm, cozy cabins, and a laid-back retreat experience just minutes from the beach. Despite its loyal guest base, the brand lacked a cohesive digital presence and was ready for a modern refresh that still honored its nostalgic spirit.
Planet Lobo was brought in to redesign the brand from the ground up: visual identity, website, and social content strategy all aimed at attracting new guests while staying true to the quirky, nature-loving soul of the space.
Goals
Develop a fun, inviting brand identity with a vintage-meets-modern feel

Outcome
The new Yarmouth brand is clear, cohesive, and full of personality. With a site that’s easy to navigate (and actually enjoyable to explore) and social content that highlights both charm and convenience, the property has increased visibility with vacationers, homeschoolers, and group retreat organizers.

What made it special
This was a rare opportunity to blend nostalgia, quirk, and strategy into a single brand. We didn’t want to “polish out” the charm instead, the branding leans into what makes Yarmouth unique: hammocks under pine trees, fire pits at dusk, and the kind of place where kids run free.
Design-wise, it’s casual, friendly, and unmistakably local with a modern backbone for better guest experience.
